City Fresh, in partnership with ProducePerks Midwest, is pleased to offer the Free Shares program for the fourth consecutive year.
In 2025 we will be enrolling 80 eligible families for up to 16 weeks of free Family Shares, with a free home delivery option for those who face additional barriers.
To be eligible, you must answer YES to all three of these questions:
- Are you a U.S. citizen or national? OR do you meet one of these citizenship exceptions?
- Is there a child under 18 that lives in your household? OR are you/your partner currently pregnant? OR are you a non-custodial parent of a minor child that also lives in the state of Ohio? Click here for full family definitions.
