- 1 handful kale, stems removed
- ½ cup frozen blueberries + ¼ cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup frozen mango
- ½ cup raspberries
- 1 cup oat milk
- ½ cup orange juice
Recipe
- Blend the Greens First. Add chard and kale to a blender with oat milk and orange juice. Blend until smooth.
