Sign Up for Shares

The City Fresh season has begun!

You can sign-up for a share at your nearest Fresh Stop. Shares must be ordered one week in advance, and ordering is done on a first-come, first-served basis. 

The 2009 share prices are as follows:

Family Share (for 3-4 people) -- $24 *

Single Share (for 1-2 people) -- $12 *

* A 50% discount is available for income-qualifying customers.

City Fresh proudly accepts Ohio Direction Card, WIC vouchers and Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Vouchers.

Sign-up Via Mail

If you cannot come to the stop to sign up, you may also order via mail. Send payment for your first share along with this completed order form to:

You will then receive a receipt with confirmation of your order. 

Please note that placing your order at a fresh stop is the fastest way to order a share, and is the only way to ensure you'll receive your share by a certain date.
